Anyone who orders 2 or more pre-license courses from this catalog may receive their 3rd & 6th pre-license course FREE or a voucher for FREE enrollment in such courses.

The vouchers will enable the customer to enroll in their FREE courses anytime until June 30, 2006. All enrollments in FREE courses will be valid for 6 months. Those courses must be finished within that time period or the student must extend his/her enrollment or re-enroll. The section on "Extensions, Re-enrollment & Re-examination" below should be read carefully because there is a cost for extensions and re-enrollments. No refunds on orders prior to September 1, 2003 due to lower prices in this web site.

Extension, Re-enrollment and Re-examination

If the course has not been completed within six (6) months of enrollment (or at the end of 12 months if the student ordered 4 or more pre-license courses at the same time), the student may receive an extension of three (3) months by paying an extension fee of $35.00. If at the end of that three (3) month extension the student still has not completed the course, a second three month extension may be obtained by paying an additional fee of $30.00. IN NO CASE MAY THE PERIOD OF ENROLLMENT EXTEND BEYOND 12 MONTHS. If the student has not completed the course within 12 months from the original date of enrollment, the enrollment expires and no further extensions are allowed. The student must re-enroll and begin the course over again in order to complete the course. The student may re-enroll under such circumstances for a discounted re-enrollment fee of $40.00 per course. If the student fails the final exam, the student may take the course over at no cost.

Transfers

Courses may be transferred to another person by paying a transfer fee of $30.00 per course. Transfers are not allowed if assignments have already been submitted, or if courses were FREE.

Refunds

Students may apply in writing to Real Estate License Services, 5059 Newport Ave., #209, San Diego, CA 92107 within 15 days from the date of enrollment and cancel and receive a refund for the full tuition. All materials must be returned in good condition at the time of cancellation. A charge of $25.00 will be made for non-useable material. Refunds are not allowed if course work has been submitted.
